Chicken Chow Mein with the Best Chow Mein Sauce (Quick Takeout-Style)

Instructions:

Cook noodles according to package; drain and set aside.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through; remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté cabbage, carrots, and green onions for 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked noodles and chicken back to the pan.
Pour in sauce and toss everything together over medium heat until coated and heated through (1–2 minutes).
Tip: Add snap peas or bell peppers for extra crunch!
