FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS

Instructions:

In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced potatoes and onions to the pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are crispy and brown.

Optional: sprinkle chopped herbs on top before serving.

Serve hot as a side dish.
