Introduction:
Cheese bread is a delicious combination of soft bread and cheese that can comfortably fit in as a breakfast option, a snack, or a side for any dish. Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 cup Shredded cheddar (or any cheese you like)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)
Instructions:
Start off the preparation by carefully heating up the oven to 350°F (170°C) and either greasing or layering parchment paper over a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, all the dry ingredients including the flour, the salt, baking powder, and the optional garlic powder need to be thrown in. The mixture should then be mixed well.
The dry mixture needs to be mixed into a shredded cheddar cheese before the next step.
In a separate bowl, eggs, butter, and milk need to be merged together with a whisk.
The final product of the last two steps needs to be cautiously poured over one another, but do not overmix; we want the ingredients to stir together just about, hence, there is no need to be too rough.
Finally, pour the amalgamated mixture into a greased loaf pan and over the batter, sprinkle the grated Parmesan if you have the cheese at your disposal.
Put in the bread for 30 – 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after being put in to the center. The bread should also have acquired a golden brown color.
Once the toast has cooled in the pan for ten minutes, place it onto a wire rack so that it fully cools down.

In case you want a stronger flavor of cheese, then feel free to use a combination of cheddar and mozzarella, blue cheese can add a new interesting flavor as well.
To ensure your bread is soft, do not over mix the dough.
You can include chopped herbs such as thyme or rosemary into the batter if you want to enhance the flavor.
If the bread is starting to turn brown too quickly, even after covering it with foil so that it bakes evenly, you should take it out of the oven.
