½ cup honey

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

(Optional) 2–3 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder – for stronger flavor and color
For the Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13‑inch baking pan.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:

Strawberry cake mix
-
All‑purpose flour
-
Sugar
3. Add Wet Ingredients
Add to the bowl:

Eggs
-
Milk
-
Melted butter
-
Sour cream
-
Honey
Mix until smooth and well combined.
If using strawberry gelatin powder, add it now.
