What fruits should I avoid in this company fruit salad?
This is a versatile salad so you can add a variety of fruits. However, you should avoid acidic fruits, like grapefruit or lemons or limes. Acidic fruits could cause the cream to curdle.

When is a good time to serve this salad?
This versatile salad can be served at any time of day, but it’s particularly delicious for breakfast or brunch. Fresh, fruity and refreshing, it’s a great dish to serve at a party, bridal brunch or baby shower. However, it’s also a great dish to bring into the office for a company potluck or lunch.

Ingredients
4 medium Golden Delicious apples, diced
4 medium Red Delicious apples, diced
2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
dressing:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, beat dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over fruit; toss gently to coat.
