Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops

Step 1 :

Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2 :

In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried rosemary.

Step 3 :

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4 :

Press the Parmesan garlic mixture onto one side of each lamb chop.

Step 5 :

Place the lamb chops, cheese side down, in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until the Parmesan crust is golden and crispy.

 

Step 6 :

Flip the chops and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.

Step 7 :

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
