Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until fully melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll up crescents starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 11–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
