Snoop Dogg’s Easy Meatloaf

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, combine:
    • Ground beef and pork
    • Breadcrumbs
    • Milk
    • Onion & garlic
    • Egg
    • Salt & pepper
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Paprika or chili powder (if using)
  2. Mix gently until ingredients are just combined. Don’t overmix—it keeps the meatloaf tender.

3. Shape and Top

  • Place mixture in the loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  • Spread ketchup on top (or a mix of ketchup and a little brown sugar for sweetness).

4. Bake

  • Bake 55–65 minutes, or until meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  • Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a caramelized topping.

5. Rest and Serve

  • Let meatloaf rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a simple side salad.

 Tips

  • Use a mix of beef and pork for juicier meatloaf.
  • Add a handful of shredded cheese or chopped peppers to the mixture for extra flavor.
  • Leftovers make great sandwiches the next day.
