Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

How to Make: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, and sesame oil. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear beef slices until browned, about 2–3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.

Add garlic, ginger, and broccoli to the skillet, stir-frying 3–4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp. Return beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli. Serve immediately over steamed rice, garnished with sesame seeds if desired!
