Cinnamon and Honey: The Most Powerful Remedy Even Doctors Can’t Explain

Clogged arteries

The Journal of Diabetes Technology Society published a study in 2010 showing that cinnamon essential oil reduced harmful triglycerides in the blood by 30% and LDL or bad cholesterol, which is considered one of the causes of cardiovascular disease, by 27%.

Arthritis

Buzz Ghana reports:

“Patients suffering from arthritis may benefit from taking a cup of warm water with two tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. When taken daily, even chronic arthritis can be cured. In a recent study conducted at the University of Copenhagen, it was found that when doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within a week (out of 200 people so treated) nearly 73 patients were completely relieved of pain – and within a month, most of the patients who could neither walk nor move because of arthritis began to walk without pain.”

Allergy Relief

Raw honey strengthens the immune system and relieves allergy symptoms.

In addition, dust mites are the main cause of household allergies, but the products used to counteract them often contain dangerous chemicals. Dust mites cause asthma, dermatitis, rhinitis and other problems, but cinnamon is a powerful weapon against them!

Cinnamon bark oil and cinnamon leaf oil have been shown to be two and a half times more effective at killing dust mites than benzyl benzoate. In a spray bottle, add cinnamon leaf or bark oil to distilled water and spray on curtains, mattresses, and linens to kill dust mites.

Urinary tract infections

A study published in the Iranian Journal of Medical Sciences showed that cinnamon is the fourth most powerful herb against urinary tract infections among 28 herbal extracts tested.
