Keto Smoked Sausage & Cauliflower Cheese Bake

Ingredients:

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into coins
1 large head cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
½ cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella to top

💁 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F, grease a 9×13 baking dish

2️⃣ Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high, add sausage coins and cook 4–5 min until browned and crispy — scoop out and set aside

3️⃣ Add garlic to the same pan, stir 30 seconds then pour in heavy cream and drop cream cheese cubes in — stir until completely smooth

4️⃣ Add cheddar, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper — stir until melted into a velvety cheese sauce
